Standards Based DHTML Menus

New Article DHTML menus are menus created with CSS and possibly JavaScript that drop-down when you hover over them. This article won't go into all the ways you can create drop-down menus for Web pages, but it will cover how to create a menu that is valid XHTML and uses HTML standards to create nice drop-downs. I even do it without JavaScript. Neat!
