There are so many ways you can make your forms easier to use for your readers, and yet we insist on making them as difficult as possible. For example, did you know that if you use the LABEL tag to surround the text of a radio button, your customers can click that text as well as the radio button to select it? This may not seem like a big deal, but if your reader has even the slightest difficulty using the mouse, those stupid radio buttons can be awfully small to click on.
