Learn to provide useful feedback

As a Web developer there will come a time when you'll be asked to provide feedback on a Web page, whether it's a page that a teammate wrote or a contract firm provided for you. But taking a quick glance, groaning, and then muttering to yourself about how no one can build a page as good as you, while it might be true, is not terribly helpful, and could be career limiting.
