Flash can be accessible

One of the things "everybody knows" is that Flash is not accessible, but if you're careful, you can create Flash applications that are accessible. The problem is, unlike with Web pages, there aren't a set a of hard and fast rules that if you follow them, your Flash apps will be accessible, but there are some best practices.
