Design ideas don't have to be hard to find

There are ten new entries in the Web Design Design Gallery. Many of them are CSS layouts and a lot validated either XHTML 1.1 or HTML 4.1.

This is a huge improvement from the early days of the Web when we were happy that the newest browser now supported images! If you're proud of a site you've built why not submit it to the gallery?

‘my depictions’ is the best web page due to it’s layout and clean ‘look’. I particularly liked the centre half page, of 3 columns of text, with full screen text beneath.

I agree that there are great improvements in web designs from the early days; however this latest batch did little to impress me with usability - especially Mydepictions.
