Guest review of nVu

A few weeks ago I got a concerned email from one of my readers about my recommendation of nVu. It seems that when he used the product he had some serious problems with it that I didn't experience in my testing.
So, I asked him to write up a review of the product for everyone. The star rating is based on my estimation of his experiences. Based on my own experiences I would have rated it higher.
