Don't forget the language when writing your Web pages

On April 12, 2007, the W3C Working Group on Internationalization released the Internationalization Best Practices.

If you're going to build a Web page, you should be aware that it is, by default, international - even if you don't think it is. And doing something as simple as specifying the language of the Web page becomes crucial to take advantage of the current state of browser technology and any new advances as they come out.
