Sure, you could go with the standard resolutions of losing weight, exercising more, or eating more vegetables, but we're Web developers - I say we focus on resolutions we could actually achieve in 2008! As usual with these polls, I'm sure there will be other resolutions that you want to work on that I haven't listed. If so, choose the something else option and let us know in the comments what you want to work on.

Incorporate more Flash content using Adobe Flex

I want to master AJAX and its related technologies. Mastering flex is by second dream this year. these 2 things i feel I can and should achieve this year.

My goal is to stop being shy when it comes to getting new clients. I hope to get atleast 10 new clients this year. And that may require me to do some cold calling to small businesses, and i hate that. but thats my goal and im going to do it :)
