Converting PSDs to HTML and CSS

One of the drawbacks to being a professional Web designer writing about HTML and Web design is that some things I take for granted are not necessarily so easy. For instance, one of the most common ways I create a new design is to build it first in Fireworks or Photoshop, and then convert that image into an XHTML+CSS Web page. Well, now you can do this too, with this tutorial from CSS How To.
