Do you Dreamweaver? You need SiteAssist

Thursday September 18, 2008
Dreamweaver is a great program. And I'm excited about the September 23rd release of CS4. But every good program has issues, and Dreamweaver is no exception. The nice thing is that the folks over at WebAssist have created the best extension for Dreamweaver - SiteAssist. Don't get me wrong, nothing beats a professional designer using his or her native intelligence to create a beautiful and functional site. But SiteAssist can help. I like it primarily because it makes creating sites as easy as with a template, but without the cookie-cutter feel you get from most templated sites. Do you have Dreamweaver extensions that you couldn't live without? (For another example, I love Lorem and More for generating fake text quickly. I install it every time I upgrade Dreamweaver.)
