They have a page that uses almost no SEO techniques and yet they already rank #1 for their keyword phrase. Unfortunately, the reason for this is because the keyword phrase is not very popular. It's very easy to rank extremely high, even number 1, for a keyword phrase that no one searches for. But it's more effective for your business to rank #1 or even #10 for a more popular keyword phrase.
