SEO Reports - Keyword phrases are important

Ironically, keywords are important for SEO. I say ironically, because most people assume that means the <meta name="keywords" /> tag and leave it at that. But search engines stopped using that tag for anything other than filler over 10 years ago. Why? Because people use that tag to put in every "keyword" they think will bring in visitors that they can think of. Instead, what is important is that your page be about a keyword phrase, and that context should reflect and repeat the keyword phrase.

For example, if you were to look at this blog post, a phrase I use a lot is "keyword phrase". So if I were optimizing this post for search engines, I would most likely be optimizing for the phrase "keyword phrases". You know that the topic of this post is keywords, and search engines can recognize it too because of the frequency I use the phrase.
