My one recommendation for aspiring freelancers

Monday January 5, 2009
If you're looking to become a freelance Web designer, there are many tips and tricks that you can learn. There are issues about pricing you need to solve. And you need to act professional. But if I could give you one piece of advice, it's to not strive too low. Or as DesignM.ag puts it "have confidence." If you aim for the stars and miss, you still might leap higher than you ever thought you could. But if you aim to be only a small fish in a tiny pond, that's all you'll ever become. Even if you only have one customer, treat them professionally and act as if you are the CEO of the largest firm on the planet. You never know, you might just make it!
