Poll: What Do You Think Your Customers Hate Most About Your Web Page?

It may seem strange to think about what your customers might dislike, but chances are there is something about your website that they don't like. If you don't want to think about your own site, think about the Internet in general, what do you think drives people away from websites? Why do they leave? After you've voted, check out the results from a CMS Wire poll to see what annoys people on websites.

Did you know there are over 170 polls on this site? Read the poll archive - you can vote in them too.

Why no all-of-the above:

“most” = superlative, there can be only one. Think Highlander, and choose the most hated feature, even if they really do hate them all.

Plus, if your site really does have every one of these problems, um, how are you getting anyone to come to it? ;-)

I hesitated to answer this poll because I know my site is NOT perfect (whose is?), yet I can’t say that my customers hate anything. Most reactions I get are that it’s easy to navigate and they like the information provided … so, how does “almost perfect – no one has said they hate anything” sound as a possible option?
