Follow me on:

About.com Reader's Choice Awards 2010 I've been compiling the results for the past few days, and the nominees are in. Now it's time to make your votes. There are three categories on this site to vote in:

Take your time and vote for the sites that best exemplify the category. And don't forget to tell your friends to vote too. The nominee with the most votes on February 24, 2010, will be declared the winner.

I don’t think all this voting is fair. I know the website that has 20 votes so far in the web designer contest is not that popular. I think they are just going to different computers and telling their friends.

This is turning into a “who can bribe the most people” contest, not a best web design. I put tons of work into http://designhostprint.com just for this. I wouldn’t mind losing to a better site- just not an ugly site.

Can anything be done about this? or is that purple site just that much better than mine?

I agree. It’s like fanboys are voting without really considering what is the best. I mean, an editor without utf-8 support? Really?
