One of the challenges of learning web development is that the languages keep evolving. CSS3 is just the most recent version of the CSS language. This book is a great way to learn CSS or bring your knowledge of CSS along further. It is a task-oriented book in a question and answer format and it is easy for beginners and intermediate designers to understand. The only caveat I have is that if you want to learn CSS3 tricks specifically, you might want to find another book.
