I run several websites and I've looked at a lot of different CMS tools, and for most of my clients I keep coming back to blogging software as a way to get a website up and running quickly. One of the reasons I like blogs for website is because most of them are so easy to use. I have clients who don't like even turning on a computer, so when they can come into their site, add a picture and change the featured article all by themselves they feel very empowered.
