Feb 10, 2004 - When I picked up this book, I was very excited. After all, so few books really think about the business aspects of a Web site and this one is offering the chance to get a return on investment of a Web site. It didn't let me down. This book covers all you need to know to take an ailing Web site and work with the owners to transform it into a triumphant site. It covers who you need on your team and how you should get those team members to interact with your clients. It's a very good book.
