Small Caps in Old and New Browsers

Older versions of IE (pre v6) would display small caps as all uppercase letters of exactly the same size. While this was acceptable in CSS1, it is not typically what designers think of when they think of small caps. Usually, small caps means that the letters are all capitalized, but it displays in a mix of small and large letters.
