What is a Webmaster?

Describe this Ambiguous Job Title

There are many definitions of the job title "Webmaster" and many job titles that cover the work that we do. How would you answer the question "What is a Webmaster?"

Do you agree with James who says:

"the title Webmaster should be placed upon the person that is responsible for the website in it's entirety."
