Summary
This page is very busy. There is a lot going on, so it is hard to say what jumps out first. The most noticeable item is the "virus advisory" with "immediate protection against SoBig". But it's not clear whether McAfee is just a good corporate citizen, alerting their customers of the threat of SoBig, or if that's what they do. Nowhere on the page does it clearly define what McAfee is or does.

At the very bottom (below the fold and cut off in this photo) is the text "McAfee is a business unit of Network Associates, Inc." and Network Associates has the tagline (also at the bottom of the page) "Your network. Our business." Which might lead you to think that McAfee has something to do with computer networks.

Products/Services
Most of the page is taken up with four products - pcsecuritysuite, webessentials, virusscan, and spamkiller. This makes it very clear that McAfee is selling protection for computers, and in fact, you can buy that protection directly off the front page.

Links to More Information
Above the fold, there are no links to more information about McAfee or Network Associates. Below the fold there is a link to "About McAfee Security" and the Network Associates logo is a link to the Network Associates home page.

Above the Fold
What little information I could find about the company was all below the fold. This means that unless customers coming to this site know what McAfee does, they will have a hard time finding out more.

Finally, I looked at Google
