Dreamweaver is very complex and powerful, and one of the ways you can see that represented is in the options. There are 20 separate pages of options you can manipulate to work with Dreamweaver.
While it's not critical to manage all of these screens, if you understand what the various options screens do you will use Dreamweaver more effectively.
