The Files Panel is arguably one of the most useful windows. In this window you can see, at a glance all the files associated with the current Web site, as well as compare them to the remote site and much more. This window is where you can upload and download your Web pages with ease.

The assets tab is equally as useful. Here you can define library items to share with pages throughout your Web site. You can also collect all the graphics, scripts, colors, URLs, and multimedia in one place to use throughout your Web site. They aren't physically moved, they just are collected in this window to make it easier to find them quickly.
