Add and Edit Images in Dreamweaver
Dreamweaver CS3, Dreamweaver 8, Dreamweaver MX 2004

From Jennifer Kyrnin, About.com

Dreamweaver includes 6 options for editing your images right inside of Dreamweaver or connecting to an external editor to edit them. This makes it much easier to work with your images. You can import an image straight from a digital camera into your Web page and then resize, crop, and adjust the contrast, brightness, and sharpness all without leaving your favorite tool. Plus, if you need to do more like optimizing your image or making additional changes, Dreamweaver hooks right into your favorite image editing program: Photoshop (Dreamweaver CS3) or Fireworks (Dreamweaver 8 and Dreamweaver MX 2004).
