If you haven't already found the button that reads "Common" and has an arrow beside it in your Dreamweaver interface, you'll be surprised at how much more flexible Dreamweaver can allow you to be. This drop-down menu has a huge list of icon bars you can use to customize Dreamweaver.
The one that is usually displaying is "Common" (circled above), and this bar is very useful, with options like anchors, mailto links, images, and more.
