There are four columns in the New Document Window:
- The first on the left are the tab types, including Blank Page, Blank Template, Page from Template, Page from Sample, and Other. Depending upon which tab you choose will change your options in the Page Type, Layout, and Preview columns.
- The Page Type column gives you options for different types of Web pages including HTML, XSLT, CSS, JavaScript and more. Depending upon which type you choose will change the types of layouts you have to choose from.
- The Layout column provides you with pre-built layouts ready for you to add your content to.
- The Preview column provides a preview of the layout you chose (if there is one) and gives you a few other options to define regarding how the Web page should be written.
