When you start building a page in Dreamweaver, it's easy to get caught up in building and designing the page and forget some of the most basic elements, like the page title. All the work you do won't help the site if people don't find it because it's called "Untitled Document". If you take the time to work on the page properties before you start designing the page, you'll save time and headaches later on.
