When you install the Windows version of Dreamweaver, you are asked if you are a Designer or a Coder - and Dreamweaver sets up a default screen layout based on your preferences. But it is possible to change your workspace layout after you've installed Dreamweaver or even create and save your own layout that works best for your situation.
