Here's How:
- Open an HTML page in Dreamweaver
- Open the Behaviors pane (
Window > BehaviorsorShift-F4) - Highlight the element you want to set a behavior on — this could be an image, a link, or even text in some cases
- Click on the plus icon in the Behaviors pane
- Select the behavior you'd like to apply
- Some behaviors have additional options to set
- Verify that the browser event attribute is the one you want to use
