Check Links on an Expression Web Site

Expression Web will validate that the links on your Web site work correctly with a simple command. You can check the links for the entire site, for selected files in the site, or for just the current page.

Difficulty: Easy
Time Required: 2 minutes
Here's How:
  1. Open your Web site in Expression Web.
  2. In the Task Pane Menu, click Hyperlinks.
  3. Click on the Reports tab.
  4. In the upper right corner of the top pane, click the verify hyperlinks icon.
  5. Sort the report by Status to see all the broken links.
Tips:
  1. Expression Web will check both internal and external links, but you need Internet access to check them.
  2. You can edit the hyperlinks from in the Hyperlink menu - click on the edit icon to correct them.
