View the HTML code to see that Expression Web adds the CSS style to the head of your document. It doesn't comment the CSS, so extremely old browsers might have problems with it, but that is a pretty minor issue.

If you chose to create your style in a new or existing style sheet, Expression would edit that document instead of the current HTML.
