NoteTab is a powerful free text editor with good HTML support. It is one of the more popular text editors among About.com Guides. The macro libraries make common tasks simple. NoteTab Light is a good text editor but doesn’t offer a lot of great features specifically for web development.
There are three versions of NoteTab: NoteTab Light, NoteTab Standard, and NoteTab Pro.
