When you're building a site for a group, you should get the entire group to agree on the prototype before you build the whole site. Designing by committee isn't fun, but it is more fun than having to do job twice and be paid only for one of them.
I agreed to use Association Manager's wife's photos and her ideas. They were totally terrible and rest of members hated the web site. No more homemade photos for me. If there are many members, it would be best to ask for a web committee to go over ideas at the first stages at least.
