As Jansie Blom discovered, dating your content can be problematical. I mean, sure, it's great to have content set up to go live ahead of time! But be sure you've got the right settings!

Apart from web design, we also manufacture bass fishing lures. I wrote a lengthy article for our site, spinnerbaits.co.za, and split it up so that the front page would update the article on a weekly basis. the site's feed is also burned at feedburner, and i subscribe to my own feeds via email. so last night i open my email, and in the feed update from my site, the heading reads 'merry christmas!'. what!? merry christmas? i quickly open up the site in my browser to find a post that was supposed to only appear on the 24th of december, appearing on the 24th of october. be careful with adding future posts!
