The <blink></blink> tag causes the enclosed text to blink on and off in Netscape-based browsers.
CDATA. Any HTML text you want to turn on and off in the browser. The following tags are valid within the <blink> tag:
a, abbr, acronym, applet, b, basefont, bdo, big, br, button, cite, code, dfn, em, font, i, iframe, img, input, kbd, label, map, object, q, s, samp, script, select, small, span, strike, strong, sub, sup, textarea, tt, u, var
The <blink> tag is valid within the following tags:
