Color Stream
Color Stream is a nice program for making color palettes. I love that it will auto generate a color from a photo or you can build one yourself. Plus there are several tools to help you generate nice looking palettes from just one color. It's fun to use. My only problem was that it crashed several times while I was using it.

ColorMatch
ColorMatch takes a color that you've input either through the RGB sliders or through a picture and will show you five complementary colors. Then you can label and save your palettes or email them.
This app costs $2.99.
Color Expert
Color Expert is an interactive color wheel. You input your colors from Pantone swatches, photos, or sliders. Then you use the color wheel to show you analogous, complementary, and other color schemes. You can email your swatches to you as Adobe color files, see the hex values for your colors, and even lock a color on your palette (even if it doesn't match the chosen scheme).
This app costs $9.99.
Palettes
Palettes is the full version of Palette's Lite listed above. In Palettes you can create a color scheme by choosing a color from a color wheel, sliders, or inputting the color code or get colors from a photo. Then you can ask Palettes to suggest a color scheme based on analogous and complementary colors on the color wheel. You can also blend colors together to form a different palette.
Palettes connects with Color Lovers online to allow you to browse the palettes there. You can import ones you like into Palettes and then fiddle with them with the blending and mixing tools.
This app costs $9.99.
