Once you have your finished form you can save the page and upload it to your Web server.
Be sure to test your form to make sure that it is sending email to the correct location. Remember, if your Web form is having trouble sending the mail it's probably not your HTML. Mailto forms are notorious for not working specatacularly well. Their benefit is that they don't require programming. However, if you absolutely require that your form work, you'll need to get a CGI or PHP script for the action field.
