Comments from Jennifer Kyrnin: Rich did a nice job with this design capturing the blues and oranges associated with copper. And the background image is pretty. But the black box is very intense - and misleading. It's misleading because at 1024x768 window size, the black box is all that displays. In fact, the copyright notice is nearly flush with the bottom of the pane. However, as you can see from the screen shot, that's not all there is on the page. The text below appears to be put on the page more for search engine optimization than for actual reading, as it's is very difficult to read on the background image. Even if the intent isn't to hide the text - if a search engine decides that's what the intent was, this site could be banned from search engines. I'd be very careful with this.
