Comments from developer: A refresh of our firm's previous site, this one ditches TABLEs for styled DIVs and better represents our brand with an approachable, modern look. Much of the site is managed by an internal CMS, generated by data-driven scripts, then automatically uploaded to our external server.
Comments from Jennifer Kyrnin: Interesting what disappears when you switch to the Spanish and Chinese pages. For example, people don't want to search if they're viewing the site in Spanish? It appears to be using Dreamweaver Templates - I wonder how well they are working for them. I love the butterfly photo, but I wonder how long that will remain before someone gets tired of using up nearly 50% of the home page real estate for a pretty picture. It does have the tag line on it ""stand out - grow - transform"" but they disappear once the page has fully loaded, leaving just the pretty picture and the logo.
