Comments from Jennifer Kyrnin: It's a pretty design, very spare and basic, but it gets the job done. Unfortunately, it doesn't validate as HTML 4.01 transitional, and it moves away from CSS layout to tables layout almost immediately. It's not clear to me what advantage is gained by positioning the header graphic absolutely, and then creating the rest of the page in tables. There is no hierarchy to this site - no header tags whatsoever, so search engines would have a hard time finding this site. And the all-caps sections in the text, while they stand out, are harder to read than if the text were simply put in a headline tag. Brianna clearly worked hard on getting this page to look good, but I would spend a little more time working on getting the HTML to look good too.
