Comments from Jennifer Kyrnin: This page takes a long time to download - and add to that that a lot of it is in Flash, and that makes it hard for some people to read or watch. I think, ultimately, that this page is trying to do too much, and so it becomes confusing. Calvin mentions trying to support multiple calls to action, but when I come to the site, the multiple colors, high-contrast (white on black) text, and rotating images and banners just confused me. For example, the first call to action is at the top, the green "Call Us!" image. But all that did was make me think "for what?" So I scroll down. The Flash banner says things about converting sales leads to customers, establishing an online image and brand, and optimizing workflow. These are three very different things, and while it's certainly possible that CLM does all this, I'm not really convinced by a Flash banner. Then I can read what the customers are saying, and again I ask "about what?" (yes, about this company, but what about the company, they do at least three different things). Ironically, the part that really says what you get from CLM I completely glossed over because it looked like an ad or at least unimportant. The three steps under "how we can benefit your business right now... FREE". If I were working on this site I would take a hard hard look at the customers you're trying to attract. Black backgrounds with white text are hard for most people to read, and can be a turnoff to anyone but designers. Since this site advertises all the design awards they've received, perhaps that's their audience. But most designers will do their own website design, not hire yet another company to do it.
