Comments from developer: We love to know how a mainstream professional sees our site. Thank you very much for your precious time!

Comments from Jennifer Kyrnin: This is a minimalist website. You can't see it in the screen shot, but there is a Flash animation at the top that appears to be a picture of the interior of the building. It has some interesting animations and flickers, but I'm not sure I understand the purpose of it. It appears to be a promotion for their current exhibit. This is a great example of a columnar layout - 4 columns below the header graphic. This allows them to provide a lot of information in a small amount of space. And the really great thing is, the columns are built with CSS - no tables at all on this site. My first thought when I saw this site was that there was not a lot of color, and there isn't. But after a moment, I decided that this was a good thing - it helps to attract attention to the areas of the site where there is color - the artwork. And since this is an arts site, that's important.
