Comments from Jennifer Kyrnin: Della mentioned Fireworks, but forgot to mention Flash - the header image is a Flash animation. While I'm sure that was fun to write, it doesn't add a lot of value to the site - as you have to wait to read all the text on it, and most people aren't willing to wait for what amounts to an ad for the site they're already on. I'd rather see that text displayed in non-disappearing text somewhere on the page. This would provide some SEO functionality as well as being easier to read. There is good use of color on this page. It's essentially black and white with a few pink accents and the blue in the logo. Because the blue is in the logo, that makes the blue underlines of the links look good. I would get rid of the "click here" link at the bottom - just link the "New enquiries/feedback" directly.
