Taco was recommended to me by readers, and when I checked it out it does seem to be a full-featured text editor for Macintosh. It has many of the features I like to see in text editors, including color coding for CSS and JavaScript, tabbed interface, and code completion for HTML, PHP, and CSS. I really like the iPhone simulator.
