If you're looking for a website template in a yellow or orange hue, there are some good ones here. I've linked to some of my favorite free Web templates. These templates all share a yellow or orange color scheme.
Pet Charms
Yellow and orange template, with a pawprint for an icon. Two columns with a header and footer and horizontal navigation. Some simple DHTML on the navigation bar to show where you're about to click.
Innovation
Green and yellow template with grass and clover header image. Two columns with navigation across the top in horizontal layer. Large 4 column footer area. Color change in navigation to show where you are.
External
Oranges, yellows, and creams dominate this template. Three column layout with header and footer. Space in the third column is set up for advertising. Horizontal navigation below the header with background color change.
Appliqué
Oranges and browns dominate this template. It uses some striking angles and simple icons to achieve a nice effect. Two column layout with header for logo and very simple footer. Navigation is vertical in the left column. Underline disappears in navigation when you mouse over.
Stardust
Light peach and orange colored template. Two columns with header and simple footer. Horizontal navigation in the header plus vertical navigation links in the right column. Underline disappears for links within the text, but there is no DHTML in navigation.
