Xerces Java Parser
This parser can be downloaded as source code or a pre-compiled binary file. It is a validating parser that supports XML 1.0, SAX Version 2, and DOM Level 2 version 1.0.

This is IBM's 100% Java parser. It is a validating parser based upon the Xerces parser version 1.2.0.
