When I test in Google, your site comes up first for this keyword phrase. Which tells me that either you shouldn't change the page, as you're already ranked #1. Or, more likely, that you're not getting any pageviews because no one is searching for that phrase. Also this page is written in tables which are harder to optimize because you can't put the most relevant content first. I would suggest redesigning it in CSS.
