The biggest problem with this phrase is that it's not how people talk, and so it's not how they would phrase a search term. Then you have the difficulty of it using the word "tshirt" which has multiple spellings, including the one I tend to use "t-shirt". When I do a quick search for "tshirt" 8 of the 10 results (including the first 3) all have "t-shirt" in their title. - Where is the keyword phrase found?

The first thing I would do is standardize on the wording. On the page they are called: Tees, Ts, and Tshirts. It would be hard to optimize on the word tshirt if you only use it in the meta title. Then I would get more text on the page. While search engines can read image alt text, they like readable text better.
