Basic SEO Checks:
Basic elements of SEO to fix.
- Is the keyword phrase good?
No
The keyword phrase "ballroom dance" is a good one, but Steve listed 8 different phrases to optimize for. I would recommend focusing on the most generic one ("romance" or "ballroom dance" for the home page, and then creating separate pages optimized for the different dances. It's important to optimize on one phrase per page. For this report, I'll be testing the phrase "ballroom dance". - Where is the keyword phrase found?

Page does not have valid HTML, CSS, or accessibility.
Negative SEO:
Elements of SEO that can hurt your rank.

Other SEO Thoughts:
The very first thing I would do is fix the alt text on the first H1 image. Right now, the search engine is going to see the most important headline of the page as "docn_1.jpg (34224 bytes)". I would consider getting rid of the tables, as all they are doing is creating borders around the text. Use CSS instead. Tables are hard for search engine spiders to read.
This page, when I view it, looks more like 7 or 8 separate pages shoved together on one page. I would separate out those lower pages into sub-pages and put only the relevant content on your home page. Make the home page only about one screenfull of content so your readers don't have to scroll. Then you can better optimize the sub-pages for the different dances and other features you offer.
