You won't get ranked for a keyword phrase if you don't use it on your Web page. There is a slight possibility if you can get lots of people to link to you with that specific keyword phrase - but search engines view this as spamming. So your best bet is to get the keyword phrase into the content of the page. You should also move the ads out of the first slot - they are almost certainly not going to include your keyword phrase, and many search engines downgrade pages where the first block of content is text ads.
